At Nurtured Rest, we use a strategy called "Association Fading." This is a much gentler, more supportive and responsive method to sleep training than Ferber or Cry-It-Out. You will be responding to your child and giving them the comfort and support they need while learning this new skill of independent sleeping! With new skills comes frustration and protesting. Babies only know how to communicate this by crying. So you likely will see tears through this process, but rest assured knowing that your baby is simply learning a new skill and routine - and you will be there to help them!

You will learn foundations for healthy sleep which will set you and your child up for long-term success. In addition, if you book the Restorative Path or the Flourish Package, you will be equipped with extra knowledge and education surrounding dropping night feeds, nap transitions, sleep regressions, teething, sickness, travel, and much more!

Every child is unique! My sleep plans are tailored towards age-dependent needs. In general, newborns will need less support whereas toddlers may take a little longer to adapt to and accept a new routine. With my approach to sleep training and with consistency from you, your baby can begin to learn this new skill of independent sleep within the first few days, with most goals being met within about 2 weeks (2-4 weeks with toddlers).

While twins may usually come with extra expenses or being charged double, that is not the case around here! I am happy to offer your twins sleep packages for the price of one. We will work with both twins individually, as they will have their own unique sleep needs! We will also align their schedules as much as possible to help simplify your family life.
